"Meditating With Creator Who Imagined Me" is an experiential 15-Minute Heart Meditation with the highest spiritual figure in your life. It is designed as a monologue meditation with your divine creator. This highest spiritual figure can be unique and different for you and I. We can view it as god, as our savior, as one who imagined us, or as one in whose image we live. It can be a sacred religious figure, god, or daimon that is close and personal to us. Even for those of us, not as spiritual, this creator figure can be represented by a superconscious source or collective intelligence of the cosmos, the source beyond all that exist.
Experience this meditation with headphones and an open heart. Embody the words that are being said as if they are coming from deep inside your own heart. Write a few lines as a journey entry, to capture what you noticed or how you felt during this meditation. You can also capture any insights you might have discovered during the experience. You can refer to these notes and insights later when you are open to deepen your awareness or understanding of them. Also consider repeating this mediation, but this time in your own pace and your unique way. Improvising this meditation in your own words helps you deepen your experience of it and discover new insights in the process.
