I am talking to Raheem, the founder and facilitator of Brothers Safe Space - a peer support group for Afro Caribbean men in Haringey. We talk about him growing up in Tottenham (this time Bernie Grant's father gets an honourable mention!), how his experiences of mental health challenges and a chance encounter with peers led to the creation of Brothers Safe Space and some quirky top tips for our introverts.
