One of my favorite new sayings; Leaders Eat Last
This is an area where our current leadership in general is so anemic. But it may be a deficiency we have in ourselves as well.
This is such an all encompassing concept that it will be the basis of many discussions in the future. But for now, it's about us understanding that in order to create the environment we wish we could have, the one we are cynical will ever arrive, we must step up and make it from scratch. And it won't become standard, it won't become policy, it may take ages to become institution-wide. But it starts with a small bubble, and then that bubble grows.
