The panel was chaired by Minori Takahashi, Associate Professor, Hokkai-Gakuen University, Sapporo.

This event originally took place at the 2023 Arctic Circle Japan Forum and was organized in association with the Government of Greenland, Representation in Beijing; and the Danish Institute for International Studies.
