In this episode we listen to H.E. Lilja Alfreðsdóttir, Iceland‘s Minister for Education, Science and Culture, and H.E. Ryotaro Suzuki, Ambassador of Japan to Iceland discuss the results from the 3rd Arctic Science Ministerial held in May 2021 in Tokyo, Japan, co-hosted by the two respective countries

This event originally took place at the 2021 Arctic Circle Assembly in Reykjavík, Iceland and was organized in collaboration with the Icelandic Ministry of Education, Science and Culture and the Japanese Ministry of Education, Culture, Sports, Sciences and Technology.

Arctic Circle is the largest network of international dialogue and cooperation on the future of the Arctic. It is an open democratic platform with participation from governments, organizations, corporations, universities, think tanks, environmental associations, Indigenous communities, concerned citizens, and others interested in the development of the Arctic and its consequences for the future of the globe. It is a nonprofit and nonpartisan organization.
