Gail is a grandmother who saw her genius dyslexic son learn to read so he could reach his potential. He earned a BS for Electrical Engineering and is now in his forties and is setting up computer programs for the factory where he works.
First, he was homeschooled, then sent to a private Christian school, then enrolled in the Carroll School for Reading. In order for the public school to pay for his tuition, Gail had to re-enroll her son in the public school system where he attended for six weeks.
His time in the public school failed to be productive, so he returned to the Carroll School and thrived.

There are so many genius dyslexic kids in our homes and their gifts are hidden because of low-self - esteem, or because someone hasn’t helped them identify their gift. And the gift needs nurturing. Dr. Marianne Cintron is a Doctor of Education in Leadership and Administration, speaker, and author. She has a Master of Education in General Education and in Special Education complimenting her two California Teaching Credentials. She is a Dyslexia Specialist, President of Step By Step Dyslexia Solutions, and an International Teacher Trainer. She tutors students with Dyslexia and is currently in a Practicum to receive Orton Gillingham Associate Level Certification. Dr. Cintron is a curriculum developer “Step By Step Reading©” and an app developer “Dunking Dyslexia TM” (or look for CDS – CintronDyslexiaSolutions), intended to work together to help the dyslexic child read.
She is the author of “A Message of Hope, How Music Enhances Reading for Dyslexic Students.” She has twenty-one years of experience in Education, ten years as a Classroom Teacher. She is a board member of the International Dyslexia Association Tri-County Branch, a member of Christian Business Partners in Upland, a member of the Global Society of Female Entrepreneurs. She is a California native, has been married to Will for 31 years, and they have three adult children.
