Adam suffered a heart attack at the young age of 39 whilst he was in the surf. He was told he would be on meds for the rest of his life.
He decided to prove the doctors wrong by changing his diet to 100 % plant based.
He even went as far as to training and finishing an Ironman. Adam shares his plant based journey to creating 'I Feel Good'.
