TUNE IN: Recalling something that has frustrated or moved you recently; why does this matter so much to you? Where, when and how are your feelings, thoughts and perspectives currently being expressed?
BE COMPELLED: Have I brought my responses to God, what outcome am I praying for? How could I be a participant in a solution that works towards the highest good of all involved?
BECOME READY: When was the last time your comfort zone was stretched and what got you through it? Where are you being called to water what matters and what small step can you take to do this? What do you need in place to feel safe to take the next step?
