Jonathan started out as a house hacker. He is currently turning his 4 unit into a short-term rental (a la AirBNB or Vrbo). He is also a syndicator that just completed a 104 unit deal in Oklahoma with his wife Paula, Camilla Jeffs, Suzy Sevier and Michael Barnhart.
His advice for those pursuing their first deal is simple - be persistent!
In his personal life, he is an Ironman Triathelete and uses money raised from his racing to support VetStarts which benefits veterans by helping them launch businesses.
