Warren Buller started buying single family homes as a young Naval Officer. Over time he built quite a portfolio of single family homes. When it became clear that multifamily was the way to go, they began investing passively in apartments.
By 2017, Rebecca syndicated their first deal while Warren was stationed at Naval Base San Diego as Commodore. Because she was able to hold a full time job in one state, travel to find exceptional properties in another state that generated excellent returns for investors, she has been a featured speaker at real estate investing events and webinars to inspire others they can do the same.
When one of the deals they had been investing in passively was put up for sale, it became their second acquisition! There was still a lot of "meat on the bone" when they took charge. The Green Reward program offered the opportunity to install new fixtures while taking advantage of tax savings! After a new color scheme and some hardy plank on the mansard brought some much-needed modernization.
