<p>Tom Kirkpatrick is a Founder of Horizon Multifamily, and a real estate investor for many years. Over the years, Tom has invested in fix and flips, land multifamily syndications as a limited partner as well as multifamily as an owner / operator.</p>
<p>The word "Foundery" is more than a play on the word "founder", it also makes the title of this podcast unique. As a real estate entrepreneur, I will generally focus on multifamily real estate and construction, but will be sure to include plenty of other types of entrepreneurs to keep it interesting!</p>
