Vish Muni came to multifamily syndication from IT in the customer relationship management (CRM) space. He and his wife started off with duplexes through their company Duplexaholics. Now they are focused on “bigger game” with their new entity PGL Properties!

Vish has a lot of great advice for aspiring capital raisers:

  1. Network
  2. Be genuine
  3. Educate people, bring them along for the journey
  4. Have a sample deal package ready (if you haven’t closed a deal yet)!

Also, make sure that your deal pitch covers all three of the most important things

  1. The deal itself (everyone does this, don’t stop there!)
  2. The team
  3. The fact that you believe in this deal enough to have your own skin in the game! Don’t wait for people to ask the question – you want to highlight this!

Vish’s 5 year goal is to have 300M AUM, travel more and automate his business!
