Can you believe it? Here we are already into 2022! All we can say is, Wow! How quickly it has come! Each new year always seems to bring with it an element of hope, but this new year seems to be quite different!
Many people are facing a whole lot of fear as we enter 2022. We seem to fear a resurgence of that nasty pandemic, and all the confusion it brings. Do I Mask Up? Or do I not? Should I get Vaccinated, or not? Along with these personal fears, the superpowers of the earth are rattling their swords, hinting at the potential of new wars to come. This has led one of our national political leaders to say recently, “2022 could become one of THE MOST DANGEROUS YEARS in decades.” What a way to start a new year, right?
Craig and LaDonna Smith continue to believe that in Christ, there’s always hope! That hope can only be found in the truths contained in the pages of God’s Holy Word! And that’s where we are going to go again today ... back to the Scriptures to find answers to how we are to live in these challenging days! Learning from their decisions can help us navigate through what seems to be more and more crazy and unbelievable orders and mandates being made every day, especially by those in authority over us that seem to be stripping us of very important freedoms and liberties. Freedom to live for Christ and follow His teaching. Liberty to worship God, proclaim His gospel, and live our lives in such a way that shows we believe He could come back even today!
