The song, today, is I Found I'm Just in Love. The lyrics literally poured through to me and I could barely write them down because they were coming so fast. I had just forgiven my roommate his debt to me for that month's rent when I left to go to work. On the way, the lyrics began coming and I had to pull over to write them down.
The poem is entitled, "The Instrument" and the teaching is entitled, "Our Bodies, Ourselves."
