Although God is completely in authority and certain of all things, we struggle with reality. Often we bounce back and forth between realizing the truth and authority of God and the fickleness and confusion of this world. God simply does not vacillate like that, but we do. To align ourselves with God and His train of thought, it often seems a battle ensues. This battle is NOT God's battle. He never wonders about things, He KNOWS all that is going on. The battle is ours. And there really doesn't have to be one because we can join God in His certainness. And, in fact His Holy Spirit is leading us to that conclusion but, for now, we have battles.
From my book, The Opening Window, comes some insight in this battle. The chapter's subtitle is "Waging War in the Flesh." Next comes the poem entitled, "Until No One Remains in Hell" followed by our song, "Love Each Other."
