The old hymns, rarely sung these days in churches, are inspiring with lyrics that take you deeper into faith in God. I particularly enjoy producing these hymns sans the original music, as narration, putting my voice in gear to elevate their meaning and emotion. Today I share a hymn I used to sing at the nursing homes I visited, "Power in the Blood," but I used Jason Shaw's tune, "Think Tank" found at Audionautix.com (licensed as Creative Commons). Then I share our song, "He Is Coming," and I complete this episode with two chapters from my book, A Course in Christianity.
