This wilderness story involves complaining (surprise!), snake bites, death, and a bronze serpent on a pole. What's even more interesting is that this story is something Jesus relates himself to in a fascinating conversation with a religious leader who thought he was on solid spiritual footing. There's a lot going on, but it offers us one very important lesson for survival in the wilderness.
