This is one of the most vulnerable moments I’ve ever shared with the world. It’s about my weight and health journey and my truth for real. Some things I’ve never shared before, publicly. The time is now! I’m grateful for it and bold about it!
From insecurities to sexual assault and sexual harassment, being improperly medicated to choosing poor eating habits for years and a total lack of physical self-control. We all have challenges that we contend with. Be it weight, money, relationships, mental or emotional struggles, we are well able to manage and overcome them by using the strength and strategy of vulnerability. It starts with the mind. Yours mine and ours.
