This week we are on Highway 18 in North Carolina on a dark, stormy night in 2000. We cover the disappearance of 9 year old Asha Degree. She was spotted at 3:30am and again at 4:15am walking along the highway. Where was she headed? Who was the little girl in the picture discovered with a few of Asha's things? Why would a 9 year old who was afraid of the dark set out alone on a cold, rainy night? Dee Dee and I discuss this heartbreaking mystery.
We posted the photo of the young girl found among Asha's belongings in the shed. Please see our Facebook page, our Instagram, or our Twitter, and share, share, share. Her identity may be the key to finding Asha. If you have any information, please contact the Cleveland County Sheriff's Office at (704) 484-4822.
