So often we work with leaders that have problems with difficult conversations. As a result, the conversation turns into white lies, blaming others for their misgivings, and telling customers anything to get them off their backs. The list goes on. Having difficult conversations and telling the truth, regardless of how hard that conversation may be is always the best policy.
