Tony Dibbin is no stranger to the airwaves. He was the youngest Radio DJ in Wales, and also the youngest programme controller too. On this weeks edition of Radio Greats, he sits down with Luke and reflects on his 25 years on the wireless, from how at the age of 15 he joined The Wave in Swansea, before progressing to Ireland to work on Atlantic 252. Tony also talks about his tenure at Gold Radio, the responsibilities of programme managing and also what makes a successful Breakfast Show on the radio!
