We often don't realise how powerful our words are, and especially when we tell stories.
We all have hundreds of stories that we tell, either around things in your family line or how society works, how business works. There are so many. The thing is these stories creates rules around how we believe life works for us and in turn become our beliefs.
In this week's episode I talk about how these stories and things we say can create huge resistance for us. They literally tie us in energetic knots which lower our frequency and ultimately manifest the things we don’t want.
Listen to the episode and then think about how your stories could be affecting you.

What society norms do you believe to be true?
What rules have you been applying to your business without realising?
What is your new script going to be?
