In this week's episode I invite you to start getting really curious about fear.  We all have our favourite flavour of fear whether that is procrastination, imposter syndrome or perfectionism. It's that fear showing up that stops in our tracks but, I want to us to look at normalizing the fear because when it shows up, that's when you are really going to do something that is going to help your growth!

How do we start to adopt this new mindset around fear?  I'm going to share an Oprah quote with you here: "A Queen is not afraid to fail. Failure is another stepping stone to greatness."

By failing we learn to grow, to adapt and get stronger, better and more in alignment with our higher self. 

Take inspired action this week...

• Dig in to see what you are holding yourself back from because of fear.  Ask yourself, 'If I wasn't afraid, what would I be doing?' 
• When you get the behaviour in your mind, ask yourself 'What is it that makes me do this?' and then keep asking that question until you can get to the root of the fear.  
• 'What's the worst that can happen if I stop doing this?'

A Queen understands why she makes the decisions she does.  So go get curious about it!
