Alex is definitely someone who has committed to this process and then some! I remember walking into his flat in london to a mad level of food prep and myfitnesspal entries months in advance.
In this episode of the show we talk about his journey, why he wanted to build muscle, how he committed to it long term and his top tips and lessons along the way. If you think you are a hard gainer you may get a kick up the backside with this one as Alex is 6 foot 5 and long not the person you would expect to gain over 20kg so there is truly no excuses!
