Breathwork has taken the world by storm allowing everyone an easy and free way to take control of their health and mind! Brian runs courses in Hong Kong, Australia and online teaching people to take control of their breath and in turn improve anxiety, immune systems and performance.
He has studied under some of the best in the game including the amazing Wim Hof, Patrick Mckeeown and many others.
In this episode, we discuss why breathwork is so important for anxiety, mobility, performance and metabolic health as well as what he has learned from meditation retreats and how breathwork has allowed him to get better effects in a shorter time.
We also move on to one of the selling points of his seminars and that is cold therapy! Follow Brian and you will see a bunch of people seeming all too comfortable submerged in ace (I have been one of them) and we look into how people do this and the benefits of cold showers or icebaths.
But probably most important we discuss how to actually get started! Breathwork has become a movement and like many other trends there are questions and people are unsure which method is for them so we look at some of these common questions and outline a way we could all start today.
