This episode of the Self Made Podcast is a pleasure to welcome Jack Halley to the show.
Jack is a client of Made Coaching where we recently helped him prepare for his first photoshoot. A trainer himself he wanted to lead by example and show his clients that he could do everything he asked them to do.
He realised he needed an extra layer of accountability and guidance from someone who had done a shoot prep before with clients and so came to us for his final 6 weeks of prep.
In this episode we speak about his shoot prep. What he learned, the hard moments, the mistakes and the successes as well as how we made the final tweaks to his diet, training and lifestyle to allow him to get in the best shape of his life.
But that is not all me and Jack share some very similar thoughts when it comes to dieting that we feel are not shared enough on social media and we decided to use this platform to discuss them.
