Me and Robb now are old fogies in the fitness industry! 

This means a couple things.

1) We have learned a thing or two about how to get results and give a professional service (we hope)

and 

2) We have mad LOADS of mistakes along the way!!!

Like any industry to get good at it you need to fail along the way and in this episode of The Self Made Podcast we delve into some of the dumb shit we see PT's do on and off the gym floor.

From booty bands, to external rotator drills to olympic lifting with the general population and everything in between.

But because we do not want to sound like entitled know it all ass clowns we decide to compete and list out the dumb stuff we did early in our careers and explain why these things fill us with dread and why we would not do them now.
