Lower back pain is one of the most common issues people seek help for whether it is with coaches, physio's or other health practitioners but do you really know why you have pain or do you just get adjusted or released only for the pain to come back shortly after.
Gurinder is a physio working out of London who is on a mission to eliminate lower back pain. Unlike many physios he is a huge fan of resistance training and in this show we go through ways to eliminate pain through in session and outside of session work.
We also discuss the importance of communication as well as how our skills developed during the pandemic.
