So IT IS MY BIRTHDAY!! and to celebrate turning 31 I have a very special episode for you!! Looking back on my career as I get a year old and I hope wiser I look at the things I am proud of and one of them is helping develop and mentor trainers in the early part of their career and this is one of those who became incredibly successful and I feel proud to have played a small part in that journey.
Let me introduce you to the hardest working man in any room!!
It was clear from day 1 that this guy was going to make an impact and that he certainly has.
This work ethic on and off the gym floor took Kevin to very quickly be known for getting huge results from clients from all walks of life and background and has now lead him to set up his own business KHFITNESS in 2019 helping busy professionals lose weight and keep it off long term!
Kevin is not a man to just sit behind the laptop though and truly practises what he preaches! Last year he did another photoshoot prep (not his first) and since has built an impressive amount of muscle!
In this episode, we talk about what was the differences between past post shoot routines and what this time has kickstarted the best results of his life. We also discuss how we build calories in a client post-transformation and the key steps we believe are key in building muscle.
