Well Daniel certainly is! A high level footballer who's repeated knee injuries took the game he loved to play away from him. For many this is where they would give up but not Daniel.
He studies, he sought answers and second opinions and took feedback he may struggle to walk again and turned that into being stronger than ever and becoming a strength coach helping others get out of pain too.
In this episode we discuss his story the highs and lows along the way and how he rebuilt his mindset, his knee and his body.
We then delve into the world of exercise mechanics is it over complicated, over simplified or just simply interpreted and applied badly by many coaches? We look at what we feel is important to know and what isn't when working with clients.
