His teachings on the effect of stress and the nervous system and how that links to training has influenced many coaches including the work I do and I have had the pleasure of attending many many courses of his during my time in the industry.
But this man is more than just an educator and a "nutrition guy" and in this episode, we delve into the man behind the Muscle Nerd as well as showcase some of his other skillsets.
