They say that you learn the most about what you struggle with and I have struggled with posture and niggles all my life! I had upper back pain for years and got to a point where my warm-ups were longer than my workout and I was feeling like I was stretching all day with only temporary relief.
So I went hunting for answers! I attended courses, spoke to mentors and read research to try to find the answers to what was going on and what tightness actually was and how to start to alleviate some of my issues.
In the last couple of years, I have made the most progress I have with this in a decade and I want to share these lessons with you.
