We are in a world now we tend to skip the groundwork to get to the sexy stuff!

Trying to get ahead and skip a step or two if you are trying to improve your health and physique will always catch up with you at some point. Whether it shows up for injuries, health issues or regaining all the weight you lost it will happen.

Think of it as taking a loan! You may have an influx of cash now but you will have to pay that back with interest later.

In this episode of solo solutions I talk about the importance of setting the groundwork from the RESET phase and I explain how this not only makes your results bulletproof for the long term but often more efficient!!

There are many aims of this phase but the main things we need to nail down are:

MINDSET: Understand what your priorities are and setting key goals!

STRUCTURE: Getting your diary and daily habits working for you!!

HEALTH: If you get your stress, sleep and digestion working with you rather than against you fat loss can become effortless.

NUTRITION: How to develop a plan that works for YOU and around YOUR day while ensuring even if your caloric deficit you should not be nutrient deficient.

TRAINING: If you can make yourself efficient by training smart for your structure you can minimise injury and maximise results!
