This man is one of my biggest influences in the industry and a true wizard when it comes to programming whether it is for your keen gym-goer to top-level athletes. What sets Stephane apart from many strengths coaches is his ability to program truly long term! His work is more than just the 6 to 12-week program and is more about the 6-12 year progressions. 

In this episode, we talk about his rise from Poliquin group to running Kilo strength gym and his upcoming move to Miami before delving into how to bridge the gap between where you are now to where you want to be with your long term strength training goals both mentally and physically.
