I worked with Ryan for many years in the dingy London basement and watched him develop into an exceptional trainer! He has now transitioned fully online and helping more people than ever take control of their health long term. 

Ryan has also managed to get and maintain a fantastic physique on an entirely plant-based diet and with all the contradicting information out there and the wild claims about Vegan diets, I thought it was time to put that to rest, cut through the BS and speak to someone n the know to give you the true answers!

In this episode, we break down the pro's and con's of plant-based eating, how to get started and how to avoid nutrient deficiencies to ensure you maintain your health.

We speak discuss our views on the Netflix documentaries as well as compare them to opposing diets like the carnivore diet. If you want to truly understand how to apply or decide if this is a diet approach for you then this is not an episode to miss.
