In this episode of the Self Made Podcast, it is a pleasure to welcome Simon Miller to the show. 

Those of you who know Simon will probably have seen his work with the Whatculture youtube channel where he discusses all things pro wrestling as well his own youtube channel for daily health and fitness talk. 

For those of you who know me know I nerd out on both topics so I could not wait for this chat and it did not disappoint!! Simon is an infectiously positive and goal-driven man and this alone is a good reason to listen to this episode as I will assure you that you will leave it feeling happier than when you started it.

Simon does not just live behind the screen having pushed himself out of his comfort zone in a number of different endeavours most notably stepping on a bodybuilding stage and become a professional wrestler himself. He has even recently been announced for a video game (which is just epic!!)

In this episode, we discuss the top health and fitness trends and myths we have seen and deep dive into what works, what doesn't and what is downright mad!! We also discuss his rise to popularity and what it is like to live the life of a YouTuber before breaking down what he has learned from his year's training for different goals.
