A man who has brought the topic of exercise mechanics made it accessible and changed the way many coaches at least in the UK think about training their clients. Seriously I find it hard to find a trainer in my circle that does not owe this man a huge gratitude.
In this episode we discuss how he got into the industry and started delving into the world of exercise mechanics, how structure plays a role in which exercises is right for you, mobility considerations what can we actually improve and how to build a program to get you started in the gym.
