This week I share some ideas and tools to begin talking to yourself as if you were talking to your best friend.  Most people talk to themselves in a very negative way. To change this you need to become aware of what you are saying to yourself and I found a great way to do this is ask yourself- Would I ever say this to my best friend?  I am guessing the answer is NO.
