In this episode Kevin asks me some questions about becoming a life coach and what that is. I was certified earlier this year through The Life Coach School and I plan on focusing on helping women in their marriage as a "Relationship and Infidelity Coach". A life coach in my opinion can be life changing. I have totally transformed my thinking by using the model I learned through coaching. I would say it saved our marriage and transformed me into becoming the woman I always knew I wanted to be. A coach holds space for their clients, they don't have an agenda- they are able to remain neutral so that the client can access their own truth. Just like an athlete would hire or have a coach to help them improve themselves. A person can hire a life coach for their mind and help them navigate life issues.
