Buffering is a concept Jennifer first heard about when she went to The Life Coach school to become a life coach.  We discuss what buffering is and why everyone does some sort of buffering in their life.  Kevin and Jennifer share ways they buffer as well as talk about ways others might buffer.  Buffering is something we do to avoid difficult or uncomfortable emotions.  We hope this episode brings awareness to things in your life you are buffering from and what feeling you are trying to avoid.  Buffering isn't necessarily bad unless it is hindering your life or relationships in a negative way.
