Daniel Rivera, the executive director of Elsa Economic Development Corporation, has given an overview of commercial opportunities in his city.
Rivera spoke at the latest "Commercialization & Investment Tour" hosted by the Rio Grande Valley Partnership. He said he was working to get a healthcare system to open a hospital in the city. Her also spoke about the city's Pacific Trails project.
