This episode gave me goosebumps!
Today I speak with Eve Skliros. Eve recently completed the Body and Food Freedom Project (my 16 week women's group) which she said was a transformational experience both personally and professionally. Eve works as a clinical dietitian in Melbourne Australia. She's a mum of 2 young kids, enjoys being in nature, dancing like nobody is watching and spending time with her family and 2 cats.
In this episode, we talk about:
-her fears starting the Body and Food Freedom Project
-what this work was like doing within a group setting
-what she learned from the group that transformed her relationship to food and her body
-how this has impacted her career
-how she believes her growth will impact her children
This is a must listen episode!!!
