Tom is a very passionate, driven, collaboration and organisation development coach & specialist - now residing in my native north east, having traveled and lived in various places through his life.
Tom is most of all, a good, kind, decent man. He's fun, easy to be with, and always living with a sense of what could be possible. Most of all, he's really committed to making a real difference to the communities in workplaces that he's part of.
Tom and I are talking "virtually" - he is at home in North Shields, UK, while I'm at home in Rugby, UK :-)
