Sisir Dutta is the founder and executive director of the Bangladesh Institude of Theatre Arts (BITA). He is a visionary and pioneer in culture based alternative development approach who founded the BITA in 1994, a NGO that is today known all around the world. Mr. Sisir Dutta lectures all over the world on university campuses, mainly in Europe and North America and for non-governmental-, and non-profit organizations. Mr. Dutta is joined by Sarmin Sultana who is the monitoring officer at BITA.
