Anxiety can be debilitating, especially without having the tools to manage it. In today's episode I share about a favorite tool of mine that is quick and easy and comes from the school of narrative therapy. I share about a specific study where a neuroscientist discovered that it's not about the actual experience of anxiety or stress, it's all about the story we tell ourselves about the stress! This episode contains journal and reflection questions to help you build awareness around how you talk to yourself and how to improve the stories you tell yourself about your stress and social anxiety.
