Description

Listening to the cues of your body can be complicated if you have a trauma history. In this episode, I share how trauma can disrupt your mind-body connection and what you can do to rebuild this trust. We can’t change something we are not aware of, so an important first step is being honest about ALL of the feedback (good, neutral, and painful) your body gives you on a daily basis. Reestablishing this important relationship with your body is an essential part of building interoception and I recommend working with a trained professional for added support.
