Somatic therapy addresses a very important part of mental health, the sensory system! The sensory system is not talked about enough and I share why and how it helps you better understand your body and your needs.

Somatic therapy is effective because 1) It focuses on the unsaid 2) It breaks unwanted cycles 3) Improves relationships!
