Real estate syndication is a type of investment strategy wherein a group of investors joins forces to purchase, manage, and eventually sell a real estate property. On the other hand, crowdfunding is a method of raising capital through small contributions from a large number of people, typically through the internet. In the context of real estate, crowdfunding allows individuals to invest in real estate projects and properties with a limited amount of capital. This approach provides an opportunity for investors to diversify their portfolios and explore new opportunities without the need for a large upfront investment.
