God directed and blessed the army of Israel and its soldiers through many battles. Nations and soldiers who battled without God’s blessing rarely claimed victory. However, those who trusted in God and fought for legitimate reasons found His favor.
Colin Powell, former secretary of state, four-star general, and lifelong Christian has died at age 84. General Powell lived a trailblazing life of faithful service to our nation while being an inspiration for many including this old soldier.
The General cared deeply about people. The General served his country and humanity nobly. The General loved his family and his God unswervingly.
