We all have traits for being successful in our job descriptions, but God wants us to be successful in life.
Romans 12:9-21, provides an excellent list of traits for Godly living and for being a successful pastor. Among the traits Paul lists is for us to hate what is evil while holding fast to what is good, to love one another with mutual affection, and to serve the Lord with zeal.
Doing the things that bring satisfaction to ourselves and glory to the Lord, that is the job description for Godly living.
